Two powerhouse studios Pole Plus and Esprit Pilates have teamed up to bring you the ultimate 4 week challenge to wrap up 2025 on a high.
From Monday 10 November to Tuesday 3 December, you’ll get:
1 Pole class per week at Pole Plus
1 Reformer Pilates class per week at Esprit Pilates
That’s 8 classes across two incredible studios located right next to each other behind Aldi McGraths Hill. Easy, convenient, and the perfect combo to help you move and glow your way into summer! Pay upfront or pay just $40 per week with ezidebit.
To register, simply book your first Pole class and pay $40 through the button above. A staff member will then contact you to set up your credits for the remaining Pole and Pilates classes in this 4 week mini term starting Monday, 10 November.
Pole: Because you need your skin to grip onto the pole, we recommend wearing shorts and a singlet top, crop top or t-shirt. Top tip: For better grip, don't wear moisturiser on the day of your class.
Pilates: Anything you feel comfortable in. Something stretchy and easy to move in.
On the first week of classes, please arrive at the studio 15 minutes early to finalise your enrolment for the term. When you arrive, check in with reception. Our friendly team will let you know which room you'll have your class in. Once class starts, your instructor will come and get you and take you to your room. The class will start with some house keeping, followed by a warm up. You will then learn the basics of beginner pole pole and pilates. Before you know it you'll be spinning around with some newfound skills and confidence!
Like any sport, the more you practice the faster you improve. Pole Plus offers a range of options for those who can't get enough.
Our "skills classes" (like this beginners class) are where you work on tricks and conditioning to improve your pole skills. We also offer "dance classes" where you can put the moves you've learnt into a fun routine with the option to perform at our end of term performance night if you would like (it isn't compulsory).
We hear this question all the time and the answer is most certainly - NO! We teach you everything you need to know and assume you are arriving with no prior strength, fitness, flexibility or coordination. We welcome all genders, body types and ages. We got you!
Not to worry! We like to be flexible (literally!) Our beginners class time slot changes each term. Can't wait? We get it! We are happy to put on a class for you and your friends as long as there are 4 of you minimum.

Whilst we suggest beginners pole dance classes are the best way to start, we also offer floorwork, stretch, mat pilates, barre, yoga, fitness and lyra classes should that fit your preferred movement best. You can read all about them here on our classes page.
The mini term goes for 4 weeks and we offer catch up classes if you miss a week.

We are located at 22/5B Curtis Road, McGraths Hill, NSW 2765 (Behind Aldi). Ample parking is located out the front of the studio or in the Aldi Carpark.
Conveniently located near you, our studio is a short 5 min drive from Riverstone and Box Hill | We are only 15mins from Rouse Hill/The Ponds/Kellyville area.
